Dear neighbor,
My name is Camila Chaparro and I am running for re-election to continue representing Precinct 4/4A at Town Meeting.
In 2023, I ran because I wanted to help make the decisions that shape our town's future; work towards practical solutions to the challenges we face; and make Milton the thriving, diverse, and welcoming community we want it to be.
Over the past three years as a Town Meeting member, I’ve voted in support of:
Our public schools, and the funding and space our children need.
Enriching our neighborhoods, including grants for Pine Tree Brook and Kelly Field.
Expanding housing opportunities for our neighbors.
Helping seniors remain in our community through tax relief programs.
Sustainability initiatives that address climate change in our town.
I also pledged to be an engaged, conscientious, and accessible Town Meeting member; since I was elected, I have attended 100% of the meetings, because I know that the decisions we make affect our day-to-day lives and the neighborhoods we live in.
Please reach out with any questions or comments. I look forward to hearing what is important to you.
I hope to earn your vote on April 28th and continue representing you in Town Meeting.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Camila
